Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Engineer with 7–8 years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft D365 customization and Power Platform technologies. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong technical background, deep business process understanding, and a passion for creating impactful, scalable solutions using Power Apps , Power Automate , and Power BI .
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps).
  • Design and implement advanced workflows and automation using Power Automate.
  • Create, customize, and optimize insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Azure, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other third-party applications.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team.
  • Identify and resolve issues with existing solutions promptly to maintain system integrity and performance.
  • Build and maintain SSIS Packages and integrations using KingswaySoft.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7–8 years of experience in:
  • Microsoft D365 Customization
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI is an added advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Azure Integration Services in the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server or similar relational database systems.
  • Experience in integrating SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams with Power Platform.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SSIS and KingswaySoft for data integration.
  • Preferred certifications: PL-200, PL-400

    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
