Derian House is seeking a compassionate Clinical Support Worker to deliver high-quality care to children and young people with life-limiting conditions across the community and in our Chorley hospice.
You'll work largely autonomously, supported by a multidisciplinary team, providing respite visits, symptom management and memory-making while offering continuity of care for families.
