Derian House Children’s Hospice in Chorley is seeking a Wellbeing Worker to join our care team. This full-time role (37.5 hours) includes evenings and weekends with flexibility across 7 days, contributing to therapeutic play activities for babies, children and young people.
You will assess needs, develop activity programmes, and work within a multi-disciplinary team, bringing knowledge of wellbeing and play to tailor sessions for families and young people with complex care needs.
