Derian House Children’s Hospice in Chorley is seeking a Children & Family Advocate and Engagement Worker to listen to and act on the views of babies, children, young people and families.
You will work with the Engagement Team to design accessible consultation, co-design activities, and gather feedback, ensuring families stay central to service delivery. 37.5 hours per week, flexible including evenings and weekends.
