Derian House Children’s Hospice in Chorley seeks a compassionate Clinical Support Worker to deliver high-quality, individualised care to children and young people with complex and palliative needs in the community and in-house.
You will work largely autonomously with a multidisciplinary team, supporting families, respite visits, symptom management and memory-making, while opportunities for in-house work and professional development are available.
