What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting customers with a friendly smile and making them feel welcome
- Helping people find what they’re looking for and answering any questions
- Keeping the shop tidy, organised and inviting
- Serving customers on the till and handling cash/card payments
- Encouraging Gift Aid when donations are dropped off
- Supporting your team and helping create a fun, friendly atmosphere

- All volunteers are required to wear a uniform, which will be provided free of charge
