Derian House Children’s Hospice in Chorley is seeking a Wellbeing Worker to join our team. This full-time role involves delivering therapeutic play activities to babies, children and young people with complex care needs, within our multidisciplinary care setting.
You will assess development, physical and emotional needs, plan and implement activity programmes, and work with families to tailor support. Flexible over seven days with evenings and weekends required; 37.5 hours weekly.
