Derian House Children’s Hospice is seeking a compassionate Clinical Support Worker to deliver high-quality care to babies, children and young people within the community and at the hospice.
You’ll work under supervision in a multidisciplinary team, respecting individual care plans and maintaining clear, confidential records.
You will monitor health and emotional needs, assist with medicines under direction, and contribute to clinical audits and safeguarding.
