Derian House Children’s Hospice is seeking a compassionate Clinical Support Worker to deliver high-quality, individualised care to children and young people with complex and palliative needs across the community and in Chorley.
You will work autonomously at times, supported by a multidisciplinary team, providing respite visits, symptom management and memory-making, with opportunities for development and in-house education.
