The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador of the Derek Rose brand. You will help our customers make the most of their free time by feeling good and looking great. Through exceptional service, product knowledge and storytelling, you’ll build lasting relationships and reflect our Feel-good Living ethos in everything you do.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team, collaborating to ensure operational excellence and outstanding customer care.
- Give every customer a warm welcome and use your personality to create an exceptional experience.
- Identify customer needs and confidently answer all product-related questions.
- Be a storyteller – bringing our collections to life and filling the store with the Feel-good Living spirit.
- Go the extra mile for every customer, especially when it comes to availability and sourcing.
- Develop strong product knowledge and be able to speak with authority on price, quality, fabric and the unique features of the Derek Rose collection.
- Take every opportunity to capture customer details, expand our client base, and build loyalty through nurturing long-term relationships.
- Take pride in the appearance of the shop floor, ensuring we always look our best.
- Work with the team to ensure accurate stock management and replenishment.
- Be flexible to support across all London stores when required.
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to build rapport with customers; fluency in French or Arabic an advantage.
- Confident in welcoming and engaging customers, with the ability to form lasting relationships.
- A genuine passion for the brand and alignment with our mission and values.
- Willingness to adapt, learn, and take on new challenges.
- Professional personal presentation, representing the Derek Rose brand at all times.
- Target-driven, self-motivated and commercially aware.
