The role is full time: Monday to Thursday, 8am–5pm, and Friday, 8am–2pm.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Checking garments during and after production to make sure they meet our quality standards.
  • Keeping an eye on every step of the process – from fabric checks to cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
  • Making sure all materials, especially silk, are up to scratch before we start making anything.
  • Spotting problems, figuring out what’s causing them, and helping the team sort them out.
  • Keeping clear records of inspections and any issues you find.
  • Sharing your findings with the production, design, and management teams.
  • Helping train the team on how to handle silk and maintain high quality.
  • Supporting improvements to our quality systems and processes.

Your Background:

  • Good understanding of how garments are made and how different fabrics behave.

Your Skills:

  • Super detail-oriented – you notice the small stuff.
  • Confident spotting and categorizing garment defects.
  • Great at working with others and communicating clearly.
  • Comfortable using measuring tools and checklists.
  • Good at solving problems and thinking things through.
  • Basic computer skills – MS Office, Teams.
  • Able to stay calm and focused when things get busy.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with luxury or export-focused fashion brands.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and ethical production practices.

This is a hands‑on role, working across the factory floor and inspection areas. Some standing for long periods during checks. Some overtime may be required during peak production periods.
