The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
To be responsible for all aspects of the provision of a catering services for the Trust two food production kitchens on the Kingsway Hospital and Radbourne unit sites, a staff restaurant on the Kingsway site and call order at the Radbourne unit. Ensuring the service meets client\’s needs, reaches quality standards, is cost effective, and follows national policy and legislation. Oversee the Service level Agreements at Derwent & Bluebell Sites ensure the services meet national and local guidelines and the trusts quality requirements.

To ensure the Trust has a high quality, cost effective catering services that meets the needs of the patients and staff
To ensure that the Hospital Food Standards targets and all other national strategies/initiatives are met and kept updated whilst meeting client\’s needs.
To have a full knowledge of various diets and cultural food needs including IDDSI (The International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative)
To ensure safe working practices in line with current and future Food Hygiene, Health & safety and Department of Health guidelines.
To be accountable for monitoring the standards of catering services to Kingsway and the Radbourne Unit to ensure standards of service are high.
To direct and control the work of managerial and supervisory staff via a system of continuous consultation to encourage effective teamwork
