We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Digital and Information Services team at Sherwood Forest Hospital to support with the delivery of our new Electronic Patient Record system. This pivotal role will support the Trust's journey towards implementing a fully integrated EPR system, ensuring that patient information is consolidated into a single, Trust-wide record. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping digital transformation, improving clinical workflows, and enhancing patient care across the organisation.
Although hybrid working is available across the team, this role will be central to the EPR programme and will therefore require a minimum on-site presence of three days per week at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. During go‐live or other key delivery periods, on-site requirements may increase.
As an EPR Business Analyst, you will play a central role in the Trust's digital transformation programme, ensuring that the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system is designed, implemented, and optimised to meet the needs of patients, clinicians, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to capture and analyse requirements, translating them into clear specifications for system development.
- Facilitate workshops, map current and future processes, support testing and validation activities, and ensure that new digital workflows are safe, efficient, and aligned with NHS standards.
- Act as the bridge between clinical services, operational staff, and technical teams, helping deliver a system that enhances patient care, improves data quality, and supports the Trust's strategic objectives.
Working Conditions: Hybrid working available with a minimum of three days on-site per week at Sherwood Forest Hospitals; on-site requirements may increase during go‐live or key delivery periods.
