The EPR Product Support Analyst will report into the EPR Product Analyst to deliver configuration of features to specification within the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. They will assist with configuration, troubleshooting, and user queries. The post will primarily be onsite, with travel required across the 3 SFH Trust sites. Successful candidates will be required to work unsociable hours to provide go-live support.

The postholder will work closely with supplier Product Specialists, clinical teams, and technical staff to ensure smooth operation of the EPR solution, maintain accurate documentation, and support testing activities. The Trust is implementing Nervecentre EPR; experience in configuring Nervecentre is preferred. However, applications are welcome from candidates with substantial experience in application configuration and JavaScript. It is essential that applicants have experience in configuration standards and application testing, including automated testing systems. This role is critical in ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and that users receive high-quality support during implementation and optimisation phases. You will be required to demonstrate the product to a range of stakeholders in groups and/or individually.
