Role Overview
The EPR Product Support Analyst will report into the EPR Product Analyst to deliver configuration of features to specification within the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, assisting with configuration, troubleshooting, and user queries. Although hybrid working is available across the team, this role will be central to the EPR programme and requires a minimum on‑site presence of three days per week at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. During go‑live or other key delivery periods, on‑site requirements may increase. The postholder will work closely with supplier Product Specialists, clinical teams, and technical staff to ensure smooth operation of the EPR solution, maintain accurate documentation, and support testing activities. This role is critical in ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and that users receive high-quality support during implementation and optimisation phases.
