The EPR Product Analyst will report to the EPR Product Specialist to support the design, configuration, and optimisation of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system by gathering requirements, analysing workflows, and ensuring accurate documentation.
The role will be primarily onsite, working with travel required across the 3 Sheffield Health Foundation Trust sites.
Successful candidates will be required to work unsociable hours to provide go‑live support.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimise the Nervecentre EPR system.
- Gather requirements and analyse clinical workflows.
- Ensure accurate documentation of system specifications.
- Provide detailed analysis to inform product decisions and configuration standards.
- Act as a bridge between clinical teams, technical specialists, and suppliers.
- Manage a team to deliver discrete configuration packages when required.
- Contribute to testing, data validation, and adoption activities, ensuring the EPR solution meets user needs and complies with safety and governance requirements.
- Demonstrate the product to stakeholders in group or one‑to‑one settings.
Qualifications
- Experience configuring the Nervecentre EPR system preferred, but substantial experience in application configuration and Java Script acceptable.
- Strong background in configuration standards and application testing, including automated testing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver configuration packages.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
