Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Ltd (DSFS) based in Chesterfield is looking to appoint an ICT Infrastructure Manager to join the DSFS ICT Operations Team. The role involves leading and managing the ICT Infrastructure Team, delivering first-class service to Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and mentor the ICT Infrastructure Team.
  • Provide clear direction, performance management, and development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a key point of contact for IT infrastructure users across all DSFS customers; communicate IT service issues to internal and external staff, providing guidance on courses of action available.
  • Support the Technical Architect to develop and maintain the organisation’s infrastructure strategy and roadmaps.

DSFS is a subsidiary company 100% owned by Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and employs just over 900 staff across Soft and Hard Facilities Services and corporate services including ICT, Patient Records, Switchboard, Procurement, Finance and Clinical Engineering.
