Job overview: DSFS are looking to recruit a Financial Services Apprentice to join the Finance Department. The Financial Services Apprentice would be part of a team of thirteen based in Financial Services. You would assist the team in performing a wide range of duties, including processing supplier invoices and answering queries from staff and suppliers for the Trust and Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Ltd. We are looking to interview for this post on Wednesday 15 July 2026. Anticipated start date mid August 2026, prior to the college start date September 2026 (AAT Level 2).

Main duties of the job:

  • Completion of AAT level 2 (in conjunction with Chesterfield College)
  • Carry out a wide range of duties in the following area: Accounts Payable

  • Educated to GCSE level Mathematics & English (grades A-C or 4-9)
