About the Centre
The Morewood Centre is a short break centre for up to ten people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism. Located in the middle of the beautiful Alfreton Park, the mission is to provide a stimulating and enjoyable environment that people look forward to returning to.
About the Role
We are seeking a caring, dedicated individual to join our team as Night Care Assistant. The role involves working alongside other Night Care Assistants each night, supporting with nutrition and hydration, personal care, and medication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients, tailored to their individual needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely care records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standards of care are upheld.
- Contribute to a care team that ensures clients stay happy, healthy and well.
About You
- Experience in a care role is an advantage but not essential; full training will be provided.
- A kind, compassionate approach with a passion for supporting people with a Learning Disability and/or Autism.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to promoting independence and dignity in care.
