To work within a friendly fast‑paced Housing Solutions Team providing an administrative function. An ability to deal with customers face-to-face, over the telephone and by email is essential. Provide an efficient and high standard of administrative support.

Assist and support in the processing of Housing Register Applications carried out by applicants following internal policies accordingly. Deal with all enquiries relating to the letting, termination and repair of the Council's garage stock.
