Salaried GP – 3–4 Sessions per Week

Lime Grove Medical Centre is seeking a motivated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our friendly, forward‑thinking practice for 3–4 sessions per week. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive team in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales, working within a well‑established, patient‑centred GP surgery.

We are offering a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension and the opportunity to become part of our supportive practice team long term.

• High‑performing, well‑organised practice with strong clinical and administrative teams
• System 1, AccuRx, and robust workflow optimisation processes
• Active member of the local PCN with excellent multidisciplinary support
• Strong focus on quality improvement, staff wellbeing, and sustainable workload management

We are looking for a GP who is committed to delivering high‑quality care and contributing to the ongoing development of the practice. You will be supported by an experienced team including ACPs, Clinical pharmacists, Practice Nurses, first contact physios, a Mental Health Practitioner, a Health and Wellbeing Coach, Care Coordinators, and a highly capable administrative/secretarial team.

• Provide high‑quality clinical care to patients
• Undertake a mix of face‑to‑face, telephone, and online consultations
• Support continuity of care and proactive management of long‑term conditions
• Participate in clinical meetings, QI activity, and PCN initiatives
