The Role

We are seeking a General Practitioner to join Henmore Health, working across our two sites at Ashbourne Surgery and Brailsford Surgery, as part of a stable, forward‑thinking partnership. This role is suitable for a GP who wants to focus on high‑quality clinical care within a well‑structured, supportive organisation. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and be supported by strong operational, governance and administrative infrastructure, allowing you to focus on safe, effective patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage long‑term conditions and complex patients
  • Participate in clinical meetings, peer support and shared decision‑making
  • Work collaboratively with ANPs, nurses, pharmacists and the wider practice team
  • Contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives where interested
  • Work across 2 sites, with consistent systems and processes
