We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Asset Systems and Data Manager to lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of asset management systems and data for our client\’s property portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity, driving informed investment decisions, and supporting strategic asset management initiatives.

- Manage and maintain asset/property systems and data to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Lead the development and implementation of asset data strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Provide analytical insights to support investment planning, project delivery, and performance monitoring.
- Act as the main point of contact for system users, delivering training and resolving queries.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance data management and reporting.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Present data insights to senior stakeholders through reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate across departments to foster a data-driven culture and continuous improvement.
