We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Kitchen Fitter to join our team, working across void and tenanted social housing properties throughout Worcestershire.
Key Details:
- Hours: Weekdays, 8 hours a day, 40 hrs per week
- Contract: 2-year temporary contract - can go permanent if preferred
- Location: Multiple sites across Worcestershire
- Transport: Company van provided or use your own van with fuel expenses covered
- Pay: Β£21.21 - Β£23.25 per hour (dependent on experience and other variables)
Please note, rates of pay are PAYE or Umbrella. We do not pay CIS.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and fitting of kitchens in both void and tenanted properties
- Rip out and prep room for replacement
- Ensuring high standards of quality construction and customer care
- Working independently across multiple sites
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 Core trade qualification
- Proven experience in bathroom or kitchen fitting
- Experience working in social housing is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently and respectfully in tenanted homes
- Full UK driving licence
