In your new role, you will be working on bluelight, education and housing projects where you will be completing daily tasks such as…
- Preparing detailed architectural drawings using REVIT.
- Project-running experience is a must.
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress.
- Collaborating with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, fees and timelines effectively.
- Support and lead team members.
What you\’ll need to succeed
- RIBA Part 3 and 5 years\’ experience post qualification.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations.
- Familiarity with BIM.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proficiency with CAD software.
