We are now recruiting for an Administration Worker in Burnley. This is a temporary role for a minimum of 2 months, with an immediate start date. We are offering hourly pay ranging from £13 to £15 per hour.

Your new role

  • Ensure that telephone calls and visits are dealt with promptly and courteously.
  • To ensure effective processing of correspondence/ data entry as required.
  • To collate, monitor and report data/information as required.
  • To ensure that admin, record-keeping, and communication are maintained.
  • To provide effective prescription and general administration across the service.

What you\’ll need to succeed

  • Experience in a similar administration role.
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in word processing, Excel spreadsheets and data entry.
  • Solid numeric skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Minute-taking experience is preferable but not essential.
  • Basic DBS is required.
