At Starting Point, our goal is to provide exceptional services to children and families. As a Social Worker, you will assess requests for intervention and determine the support needed. Requirements:

• BA Honours in Social Work and current registration with Social Work England (refer to job and person profile for detailed information).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a person-centred approach to building rapport and relationships with children and families.
• Reflective practice and development capabilities, enabling flexible and thoughtful social work interventions.
