Derbyshire’s practice development team is passionate about supporting the learning and development of the social care professional workforce. This post will interest you if you are an experienced and innovative qualified registered social worker seeking to contribute through embedding current approaches to the development of best practice across both children’s services and adult care prevention and personalisation teams. Working through a hybrid model this is an exciting opportunity to experience innovative ways of working, apply creativity and vision and to be involved in local and national initiatives to develop a competent and confident workforce for the future. Key priorities for the team are the assessment, support, education and quality assurance of newly qualified social workers and social work students. You will have achieved stage 2 of the Practice Educator Professional Standards or be working towards them.
