Job Overview

We are looking for 2 highly motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills to work in our busy and challenging Customer Services Department. The successful candidates will provide a high quality information and advice service to all customers, including enquiries, service requests and complaints relating to all aspects of the Council’s services.

Qualifications

  • A good standard of education through qualification (e.g. GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent)
  • To be passionate about Customer Service and have a strong customer focus
  • To have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with complaints and sensitive issues
  • A Willingness to train, develop new skills, welcoming the opportunity to be at the forefront of change and improvements
  • To possess good ICT skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
  • To be able to work within a team environment
