An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Derbyshire Catering Service. We are looking for a passionate individual who enjoys working as part of a team and has an interest in food preparation and service.

You will support the kitchen supervisor at Weston On Trent CE Aided Primary School, which may involve working at a production or servery unit. Responsibilities include food prep, cooking, portion control, allergen compliance, and preparing the dining area for service.

As a Catering Assistant, you will be the point of contact for our customers during meal service. Ensuring food hygiene and safety regulations are followed is essential. A positive attitude suitable for a school environment is required.

Successful completion of the NVQ food hygiene certificate will be required upon appointment.
