Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Business Services Team at the Darley Dale Highways Depot. We are seeking a committed and flexible individual to join our friendly team and provide efficient administrative support to the Highways Construction Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Approve and process external supplier invoices for payment via SAP Fiori.
- Input vehicle and plant utilisation data onto the SAP system.
- Enter store issues and hired operator’s plant and vehicle information onto spreadsheets for management monitoring.
- Provide additional administrative support, including compiling spreadsheets, preparing memos, and covering reception duties.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate must be numerate, flexible, possess good interpersonal skills, and be able to organise and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential, especially when working with financial data. Good communication skills are required, and familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office packages would be advantageous. Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication with clients and the public.
