Use your administrative skills to make a difference. As an HR Administrator, you will be able to use your organisational skills to gain HR experience and support our people services department. You will be working 24.5 hours per week between 3-4 days per week with some flexibility available. This is for a fixed term to cover maternity leave until July 2027.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Being the first point of contact for all our customers.
  • Providing initial advice on queries.
  • Liaising with internal and outside agencies.

The must haves:

  • To be proficient in Microsoft office applications and able to compile and present data.
  • Have excellent organisational skills and be able to work well in a team.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

The salary grade is £24,747 - £29,859 for part time hours will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
