Turn digital data into trusted evidence. We’re looking for a sharp‑eyed, proactive Digital Forensic Technician to support critical criminal investigations, internal reviews and proceedings. You’ll process and extract digital exhibits ensuring evidence is accurately recorded, securely stored and examined in line with policy and regulations to maintain forensic integrity, continuity and admissibility.
Responsibilities
- Providing expert advice to operational officers and staff on safe seizure and handling of digital storage devices.
- Carrying out forensic examinations of digital exhibits in line with policy and procedure.
- Ensuring case management systems are accurately updated with exhibit movements and examination notes.
Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of computer/mobile hardware and software including its functionality.
- Experience examining and recording fine details with excellent attention to detail.
- Great communication skills including report writing.
