Salary: £37,692 – £45,147 What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for delivering the roadmap and improvement of digital products. Manage problem records and reduce the impact of incidents through analysis. Engage with stakeholders to ensure applications are configured to meet agreed requirements. The must haves Previous development of procedures to support a variety of services in a complex environment. Experience testing methodologies and managing application upgrades. Excellent communication skills to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at a strategic level.
