Working as our Occupational Health & Wellbeing Advisor you’ll deliver and evolve a forward-thinking Occupational health service. You’ll actively promote wellbeing to optimise attendance and empower our people to thrive. You will be contributing to a culture where wellbeing and high performance are aligned. This is a part time opportunity 29.6 hrs per week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Undertaking case management and producing management reports to assess and authorise recuperative duties, adjustments and return to work programmes.
- Providing advice, guidance and support to staff, managers and HR.
- Participating in a range of case conferences, providing health/ medical advice to assist with decision making.
The must haves:
- Registered nurse and hold a post graduate diploma or undergraduate degree in Occupational Health.
- Experience of working as an Occupational Health Advisor, providing advice and guidance.
- Knowledge of health surveillance and fitness for work assessments.
