Lead real-time intelligence to reduce risk and protect communities! Join us as a Real Time Intelligence Team Leader, overseeing the delivery of a 24-hour intelligence service and ensuring robust processes are in place to reduce risk and threat in a timely manner.
You will ensure incoming incidents are reviewed effectively, intelligence research is completed to a high standard and notifications are accurately allocated. In this role, you’ll also be responsible for leading and developing staff, supporting wellbeing and managing performance and attendance to ensure the team operates effectively around the clock.
You’ll be using specialised knowledge to retrieve information from computer systems and update databases, ensuring a professional level of intelligence research and development is achieved. Line managing staff including responsibility for performance and attendance management, wellbeing and staff duties.
You must have:
- Passed a SPOC accreditation course.
- Knowledge and experience working in Intelligence and Information.
- Coaching and mentoring experience.
