Derbyshire Constabulary is recruiting an experienced Trainer dedicated to delivering specialist training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of our workforce in investigating rape and serious sexual assault cases. This role is crucial in improving investigation quality and achieving positive outcomes for victims.
You will join the team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term basis, working Monday to Friday at Force Headquarters, with travel to various training locations across Derbyshire.
What you’ll be doing
As part of a team of Trainers reporting to the Crime and Intelligence Directorate, you will deliver training across the organization, from first responders to reports of Rape and Serious Sexual Assault, to specialist officers conducting complex investigations.
The must haves
- Previous policing experience, particularly in Public Protection.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Hold a full driving license and be willing to travel in Derbyshire.
