Derbyshire Constabulary are to recruit an experienced Trainer committed to delivering specialist training packages aimed at enhancing our workforce's abilities to investigating rape and serious sexual assault. This role is pivotal in improving the quality of investigations and improving positive outcomes for victims.

You will join the team on a full-time, 12 month fixed term basis, working Monday-Friday, based at Force Headquarters and must be prepared to travel to various training locations in Derbyshire.

What you’ll be doing

As part of a team of Trainers, reporting into Crime and Intelligence Directorate, you will deliver training products across our organisation, ranging from first responders to reports of Rape and Serious Sexual Assault through to specialist officers completing complex investigations.

The must haves

  • Previous experience in policing, in particular the area of Public Protection.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Hold a full driving licence and be prepared to travel to various training locations in Derbyshire.
