Support the delivery of vital policing services through expert clerical work. Join Corporate Services as your Personal Assistant and Office Manager and support the Head of Department and senior management team through the delivery of a high-quality secretarial service. Working independently, you’ll coordinate committee papers between the force and Office of Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) ensuring a high standard is met to support the delivery of the Police and Crime Plan.
Responsibilities
- Organising, attending and minute taking at force level meetings
- A central point of contact for the coordination, quality assurance and management of records between the force and OPCC
- Dealing with purchase orders and requisitions
Qualifications
- Proven text processing and clerical experience
- Excellent people skills including dealing courteously and tactfully with customers
- Previous work in a confidential environment
