You’ll be:
- Processing incoming information requests according to legislation.
- Researching or arranging for searches and retrieval of information from databases.
- Advising and guiding internal colleagues and members of the public.
You must have:
- Experience gathering, preparing and presenting information to a high standard.
- An understanding of data protection and equivalent legislation.
- Previous administrative experience, including writing high quality reports, forms and correspondence.
