Provide vital administrative assistance to help keep Derbyshire roads safe

As a Process Officer for Derbyshire Constabulary’s Casualty Reduction Enforcement Support Team (CREST), you will provide initial investigation, research, and administrative support to the Operations Department, as well as delivering excellent customer service to the public by responding to calls and emails.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out the viewing, processing, and verifying of safety camera offences
  • Creating prosecution files for court, including initial investigation, research, retrieval, and submission of case file data
  • Identifying problems, investigating, recording, and disseminating information related to ongoing cases
