We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated team member to work in the Health Records Team at Buxton Hospital

The role is for 37.5 hours a week, working as part of a team in the health records department and on reception. The role involves prepping notes for clinics, booking in patients attending the Urgent Treatment Centre, processing all outpatients appointments and greeting all visitors attending the hospital.

In addition you must be able to prioritise your daily workload and provide efficient and reliable administrative support., You will prepare notes for all outpatient clinic at Buxton, Whitworth and Cavendish Hospitals and work as part of a team to ensure the library is maintained to a high standard. You will also provide an excellent front of house services to patients and visitors attending the hospital dealing with Urgent Treatment Centre patients, general enquiries from the public and booking outpatient appointments.

You will work as part of the Heath Records team and to provide cover and support where necessary.

The Health Records Team comprises of several different roles who work together to ensure we deliver an excellent administration service for patients and clinicians.

We require an enthusiastic individual who is organised, methodical and able to use their own initiative.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good computer skills and be flexible.
