A Typical Work Day May Include:
- Oversee the billing and processing of pet licenses, water, sewer, and stormwater services and miscellaneous fees.
- Manage, plan, organize, supervise, schedule, assign work, and provide leadership to staff. Develop and maintain standard operating procedure manuals for all direct reports.
- Prepare statistics required for completion of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) related annual financial reports and the accompanying external audit.
- Manage utility-related programs including water rebates and drought restrictions.
- Establish and maintain customer service standards for customer service operations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot difficult situations, including customer disputes and inquiries.
What You Will Need:
- One to three years supervisory experience.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Bachelor degree.
- Two or more yearsβ experience working with utility billing accounts.
- Ability to train and supervise subordinates.
