Are you readyto make a meaningful difference to children's learning? Ashwood Spencer Academyare looking to appoint enthusiastic, committed and dedicated Teaching Assistants. These positions will be based in Early Years and Year 2.
- Patient, positive and have empathy for all pupils.
- Motivational and inspirational, fostering a love of learning in all pupils.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Able to understand how different pupils learn and the barriers some face to their learning.
- Able to support in the delivery of creative and innovative approached to learning, driving differentiated planning and confident in resourcing to impact on all pupils' learning.
- Successful in encouraging pupils to take responsibility for their own behaviour and support them where necessary

Ashwood SpencerAcademy joined Spencer Academies Trust in November 2018 and has gone fromstrength to strength each academic year. We have approximately 670 pupils onroll from nursery to year 6 and we are proud of our changing, diverse schoolcommunity.
