The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

We are seeking to appoint an individual who:

  • Has experience of supporting individual needs and understands how students learn
  • Has enthusiasm for coaching and nurturing
  • Has experience of working with small groups and providing 1:1 support
  • Is an excellent practitioner with high expectations and aspirations for students
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
  • Has good organisational and planning skills including prioritising tasks
  • Is able to work as part of a team and be flexible to the needs and priorities of the school
  • Is proficient with the use of IT to support learning
  • Is willing to promote school ethos and support our extra-curricular programmes
