Ashwood Spencer Academy is seeking an ambitious Vice Principal for Inclusion to join the Senior Leadership Team. You will lead SEND provision, champion inclusive practice and improve attendance, engagement and outcomes for all pupils.
As Named SENDCo, you will work with staff, families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning. This role has no class responsibility and offers broad school-wide impact and opportunities to innovate and influence practice.
