About the Role
The post holder will support the Head of Sixth Form with the operational running of the Sixth Form, including recruitment, induction, retention, and academic monitoring of all students. They will provide teaching and learning support to secure excellent standards of achievement, attendance, and punctuality, and support the enrichment, personal development, and wellbeing of all students. They will also support students' progression to Post-18 pathways, liaising with appropriate bodies and organising events to maximise progression.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Sixth Form with operational tasks.
- Recruit, induct, retain and monitor academic performance of Sixth Form students.
- Provide teaching and learning support to achieve high standards of achievement and attendance.
- Support enrichment, personal development and wellbeing initiatives.
- Facilitate progression to Post-18 pathways and coordinate events for student development.
