Derby Moor Spencer Academy is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to ensure the security, maintenance and presentation of our buildings and grounds. You will work within the Spencer Academies Trust framework and support the Facilities Manager with day-to-day premises decisions.
In addition to maintaining high standards, you will lead site staff and cleaning teams when the Facilities Manager is unavailable, ensuring smooth operations and a safe environment for students and staff alike.
