About the Role
We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our reception team at The Caesar Hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take on a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Manage and motivate the reception team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring all are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and actively seek opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with the reservations team to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Prepare and manage schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
- Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a front office or reception team, preferably in a boutique or luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Proficient in hotel management software.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are an asset.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
