We are looking to recruit an apprentice Surveyor to work in our Maintenance Teams. You will learn a range of skills and gain a great deal of on-the-job experience throughout your apprenticeship. You will be expected to attend college and achieve a Level 3 Construction Support Technician.

What You'll Do
- Undertake a period of training to acquire the skills to inspect properties for all kinds of maintenance works
- Work within various repair & investment teams and produce inspection reports and maintain accurate records of surveys
- Gain an understanding of and assist in the procurement of contracts
- Help prepare specifications and schedules
- Work with internal and external contractors
- Assist with ensuring that work conforms to specification & regulation
- Complete a weekly timesheet and other paperwork
Training Outcome
There is no guarantee of a permanent position at the end of the apprenticeship however opportunities and vacancies will arise which apprentices can apply for.
