Derby Grammar School is seeking an outstanding SENCO to lead SEND provision, collaborate with staff and external agencies, and champion inclusive practice.

The role will oversee EHCP processes, monitor pupil progress and provide training for colleagues across the school.

The successful candidate will have QTS, SEND expertise, leadership experience and a commitment to safeguarding high educational standards for all pupils.
